This workshop is an invitation to use writing as a way to move through seasons of change.
You’ll be guided through gentle journaling prompts designed to help you slow down, listen inward, and stay connected to yourself when things feel unclear or in transition. No fixing. No forcing clarity. Just a supportive space to write, reflect, and find steadiness while you’re in the in-between.
No writing experience needed—just a willingness to show up with honesty and an open heart.
“Dani offered a relaxed space where pen and paper connected and so did people. Everything about the workshop was supportive and encouraging. There was time to both write and reflect, and I took home ideas for more writing. It was exactly what I needed to kickstart my healing journal!”

About Your Facilitator
Writing has always been my way of making sense of both my inner world and the world around me. I've spent much of my adult life working as a journalist and freelance writer, but the real magic for me happens in the pages of my journals.
Today, I dedicate my time to teaching restorative writing workshops and offering 1-on-1 coaching to help others explore their thoughts and emotions through guided journaling.
I also provide content writing services to heart-based businesses and organizations, crafting authentic, impact-driven content that resonates with their audiences. Whether through personal storytelling or professional writing, my goal is to foster healing, connection, and growth.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need any previous writing or journaling experience?
No experience is necessary! My workshops and coaching sessions are designed for writers and non-writers alike. All you need is a curious, open, and willing heart.
Will I have to share my writing?
Sharing is optional. While there will be opportunities to share your writing within the safe space of the group, there is no pressure to do so. You are welcome to participate in discussions or simply listen and reflect.
What do I need to bring?
Bring your favorite writing tools—a pen and a journal are recommended. If you prefer typing on a laptop for accessibility reasons, that's perfectly fine. Also, feel free to bring a mug for complimentary tea during in-person workshops.
Can workshops be customized for specific themes or goals?
Yes! Whether you're looking for a workshop focused on healing, creative expression, or team building, we can work together to design a session that fits your needs.
How can I book a workshop or coaching session?
Visit my contact page or reach out directly to book a workshop or coaching session. We can discuss your needs and find the best fit for your personal or organizational goals.
This isn’t just journaling for self-care
It’s writing as a radical act of self-reclamation.
Whether you’re newly sober, navigating a messy life transition, or just feeling stuck in your own story, my workshops and coaching sessions offer a space to slow down, check in, and reconnect with yourself.
You don’t have to be a writer. You just have to be willing to listen to what your inner voice has to say.
